Welcome to Rising Astro (the “App”), operated by Aurevia Innovations (the “Company”). By using the App, you (the “User(s)”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
Rising Astro is an astrology app designed for entertainment purposes only. It provides features such as horoscopes, birth reports, auspicious dates, transit analysis, and compatibility matching.
2. Disclaimers
2.1 Entertainment Only: The App is provided solely for entertainment purposes and does not offer medical, legal, financial, relationship, or professional advice.
2.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy: The App’s predictions, insights, and analyses are not guaranteed to be accurate or reliable. Any interpretations or decisions based on the App’s results are at the sole discretion and risk of the user.
2.3 No Professional Advice: Nothing in the App constitutes professional advice or establishes any professional-client relationship.
3. Liability Waiver
3.1 Decisions Based on Results: Aurevia Innovations is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the App.
3.2 Technical Issues: The Company is not responsible for technical issues, errors, bugs, interruptions, or failures within the App or its services.
3.3 Limitations of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App or its services, if any.
4. Agreement to Arbitration
4.1 Waiver of Legal Court Rights: By using the App, you waive your right to file lawsuits in court and agree to resolve all disputes through binding arbitration.
4.2 Arbitration Location: Arbitration will take place in the state of Wyoming (“WY”).
4.3 Selection of Arbitration Service: Aurevia Innovations reserves the exclusive right to select the arbitration service provider.
4.4 Arbitration Fees: Users raising claims will bear the arbitration fees.
4.5 No Small Claims Court Exception: By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to file claims in small claims court. All disputes, regardless of the amount, must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration as outlined in this Agreement.
4.6 Finality of Arbitration: Arbitration decisions are final and binding, with no right of appeal.
5. User Obligations
5.1 Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use the App.
5.2 Prohibited Activities: Users are prohibited from:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the App’s source code.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Posting negative content about the App, Company, or its services publicly.
- Using the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
6. Privacy Policy
Rising Astro collects and processes user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including GDPR and CCPA. For details on data usage, refer to our Privacy Policy.
6.1 Data Collected: The App may collect personal information (e.g., email, device information) to enhance user experience.
6.2 Data Protection: The Company uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data.
6.3 User Rights:

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
7.1 Payment Processing: All payments are handled by Apple via in-app purchases.
7.2 Refund Policy: No refunds are offered for any purchases or subscriptions.
7.3 Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions cannot be canceled prior to the end of the committed subscription period.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Ownership: All content within the App, including horoscopes, graphics, algorithms, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Aurevia Innovations.
8.2 Usage: Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3 Violation: Any unauthorized use of the App’s intellectual property will result in immediate suspension or termination of access and may be subject to legal action.
9. Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion if a user violates these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming (WY), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. No Guarantees or Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your intended use.
